Use against User.

express or implied, as to the nature, quality, characteristics or value of
any property or information to which the data pertains. NEITHER
PROVIDER NOR METROLIST MAKES ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,

THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

- NEITHER PROVIDER NOR METROLIST SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY

and Mandy Tanberg with Team Advantage at RE/MAX Woodland, serving as a link
to MetroList MLS. User agrees to receiving email communication
from Team Advantage and has the option to unsubscribe from future emails at
User's discretion.
