I moved to Woodland as a teenager. I fell in love with Woodland right when we moved here. After high school, I attended Woodland Community College and then CSU Sacramento, where I graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology and Dance. I am married to Andy Tanberg and we have two children, Sam and Liv. My life is a balance of work and being a mom to busy kids. I care deeply about community service and lead the Willow Oak 4H Community Service group, helping kids learn how to give back to the community. I serve on the Fourth and Hope Board of Directors; my children and I volunteer to cook and serve dinner the first Tuesday of each month at the Fourth and Hope Shelter; I volunteer with Woodland Little League and at each of my kids' schools. I lend a hand to serve my community whenever I can... and am proud to live here and raise my children here.
In early 2001, I earned my Real Estate Salesperson license and began helping clients buy and sell homes in the Woodland area. I felt very capable in this role from the very beginning and quickly grasped the contractual and transactional aspects of real estate. My business grew quickly through referrals because I paid very close attention to details and felt very connected to my clients. I always felt that "getting through" a real estate transaction was easy... but, helping my clients ENJOY their real estate transaction was the ultimate goal.
In 2007, I opened Bella Vie Real Estate with a group of partners who also liked the idea of creating a better real estate experience. We have worked hard to create an environment that allows each of our clients feel confident and comfortable, so that they can make the best possible choices.
I enjoy being a top producer in the Woodland real estate market because my business has grown almost completely by referrals, which I believe are the natural bi-product of my clients trusting me and knowing that I care deeply about them.
